- Certain items have Special PROMOTIONAL Free Shipping and are excluded in calculating $75 on eligible items for a "Free" shipping order.
If your cart contains a mix of eligible and non-eligible items, the cart will calculate total shipping expenses based on the total weight of your order, and then deduct the amount corresponding to the eligible item(s) under “shipping discount” in your cart.
This promotion is valid on standard ground shipping only. It is not valid on express shipping.
The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes only 10-20 business days for shipping to the US and 15-25 business days for international shipping.
How Can I Track My Order?
We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you entered when placing your orders. This email will also guide you as to how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after receiving that email.
Tracking Information: You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment has left the fulfillment center.
Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated. For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you can not find information about your package right away, please check again later.
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather, incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.
When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to the shipping company and they will completely handle it. Depending on each shipping company's policy or customs procedure, you might be charged an extra fee for the final delivery or the import tax, probably due to your shipping address is in a remote area. In this case, please kindly pay them the required fee to receive your order.
30-Day Return Policy
We value our relationship with you and offer a return policy for most products that you purchase directly from the ShopperTreasurebox.com website.
If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your merchandise, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund of your merchandise cost.
Please return products in their original condition and packaging, and ship them pre-paid to ShopperTreasurebox. Specific items may have additional warranty limitations (you can find each product’s warranty directly on its detail page, underneath the social media sharing buttons).
In some cases, a small re-stocking fee may be charged. We can only refund shipping costs if your return is due to any of the following reasons:
- We sent the incorrect item(s)
- Item(s) arrived damaged
- Item(s) did not work because of a manufacturing defect
